The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had ample storage space for our clothes and toiletries. The staff, especially Gaïr at the reception, were friendly and always available to answer our questions. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making transportation easy.

the venue was quirky, i loved the stay and the location was unbeatable near to city centre, the sea front and the beach. the place was located away from hustle and bustle. they provided a good choice of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included.

Clean and quaint accom with easy location just off main railway station, the beach. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating, a work desk and television.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main walking street and close to the promenade. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the small treats that were left for us in the lobby. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.

We only had two coffee pods in our room, and they didn't give us any more during our stay. That was a bit disappointing, as we would've liked to have more for our four-day stay.

Wonderful location near the train station, beautiful lobby, and helpful friendly staff. Great beds and cleanliness were great. Enjoyed the afternoon cakes and the cozy room with a small terrace. Convenient proximity to the train station, the beach, and the main shopping district.

Limited breakfast choices and items were not replenished promptly. The neighborhood around the hotel felt uncomfortable after dark.

The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the tram and just around the corner from the train station. It is situated in a very good neighborhood, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room and bathroom were well-decorated and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast and all day snacks were tasty and always stocked. The hotel also had facilities such as a free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine in the reception area.

One of the negative aspects mentioned by some guests was the small size of the bathroom and the lack of a bath, only a shower.

During my recent stay at Villa Otero, I was actually surprised by the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the hotel's neighborhood. It gave me a true sense of the local culture in Nice. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the happy hour with snacks available. Although there were a few minor issues in the hotel such as a loose faucet and a malfunctioning lock in the restroom, they didn't affect my overall experience. I felt safe and the rooms werevery comfy and tidy. Being situated in a residential area allowed me to discover hidden gems like authentic local restaurants. The hotel staff, particularly Dora and the night gentleman, were helpful and kind, providing valuable recommendations and even offering a hot cup of tea or coffee upon our return in the evening.
